A fast-growing ConTech startup transforming the construction industry through advanced software, IoT, data analytics and AI. The platform provides real-time monitoring, control and operational intelligence for cranes and construction sites.

We're looking for a senior, highly autonomous Lead Full Stack Web Developer (React / Next.js / Node.js / DevOps) to take end-to-end ownership of the web platform.

What you'll do: • Own architecture, design, development and maintenance of scalable web applications • Build high-performance front-end apps with React and Next.js • Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js • Implement and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR) • Own DevOps for the web stack – CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, cloud • Use AI-assisted and agentic development workflows • Serve as the technical authority for the web domain and review code • Collaborate with a small agile team and mentor developers as the team grows

דרישות התפקיד

• 8+ years of hands-on software development, including a tech lead / lead developer role on a production web platform
• Deep expertise in React, including performance optimization and large codebases
• Proven experience designing and owning system architecture end to end
• Proven experience with Next.js and SSR
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, API design and data modeling
• Hands-on DevOps: CI/CD, containers, cloud deployment, monitoring
• Experience with AI-assisted / agentic development workflows
• Comfortable in a startup environment with high ownership and autonomy
• Clear communication skills
• Nice to have: Python, Apache Spark, Databricks, Azure, IIoT background, team mentoring
